Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day purchasing activities .
* Request evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers.
* Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and supplier databases.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
* Inspect goods upon receipt to verify quality and quantity.
* Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.
* Support vendor management and development initiatives.
* Assist in both central and project-based procurement.
Qualifications:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
* Preferred background in Commercial Vehicle or Passenger Vehicle industries.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
