Job Summary

Position: Senior Manager Maintenance
Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of experience in both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance. Candidates with experience in the food processing industry are mandatory. Experience in the seafood industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
* In-charge of the whole operation and maintenance of Ammonia refrigeration systems to ensure uninterrupted cooling for production and storage.
* Responsible for all general maintenance tasks inside the factory premises except civil Plumbing carpentry and painting works.
* Ensure strict compliance with factory safety standards statutory requirements and company SOPs in all maintenance activities.
* Supervise and lead a team comprising foremen technicians electricians and utility operators.
* Allocate daily/weekly tasks monitor performance and provide coaching for skill enhancement.

Salary : 12 -16 LPA
