Build lead-nurturing machines (aka workflows) that engage customers at every touchpoint
Engineer seamless integrations between our marketing automation platform and CRM
Craft and deploy email campaigns that people actually want to open
Use data to tell a story analysing performance to guide our future strategy
Be a testing ninja running A/B tests to constantly improve conversion rates
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketo etc.)
Practical experience with a CRM like Salesforce
A solid understanding of email marketing segmentation and lead nurturing
Familiarity with analytics tools and a passion for continuous improvement
