Were looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team in Durbanville. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant degree and 02 years experience who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to creative campaigns candidate sourcing and internal communications. Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content and campaigns to promote our brand and attract candidates.
- Assist in sourcing candidates for targeted groups by creating engaging campaigns and leveraging social media and marketing activities to support recruitment initiatives.
- Build and maintain communication platforms for the internal team to enhance collaboration.
- Draft and edit marketing materials newsletters and candidate-focused communications.
- Support event planning and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for improvements.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to align messaging with business goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 02 years experience in marketing communications recruitment or client service environment.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms (advantageous).
- Organised proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial self-motivated and results-driven.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
