Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented empathetic and solution-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our this role youll serve as the first point of contact for customers providing timely and effective assistance through email chat and/or phone. Youll help resolve issues answer questions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email chat or phone in a professional and timely manner

  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers to solutions

  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM software (e.g. Zen desk Salesforce)

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or technical support as needed

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products services and policies

  • Identify trends in customer issues and report feedback to improve the user experience



Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Comfortable using help desk tools (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk Intercom) and CRM platforms

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Empathetic and patient approach to resolving customer concerns
