Job Summary
Position Title: HubSpot Onboarding Specialist
Work Set-up: Work From Office

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time Zone
Salary: Php 40000.00 - Php 55000.00 gross salary package
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer needs and requirements

Evaluate customer needs and requirements
Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs
Train users on HubSpots marketing sales and service tools
Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot
Provide ongoing support to customers
Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement
Liaise with internal teams external accountants and clients to gather relevant information
Stay up-to-date on HubSpots latest features and functionality
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required)
Strong ability to build assets in HubSpots marketing sales and service tools
HubSpot platform setup experience
Experience with project management and problem-solving
Experience with project management software for example - Asana ClickUp
