RoleOverview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Project Executive to join our Human Resources team based in Lisbon Portugal. This role is ideal for someone with strong data and reporting skills who can extract analyse and present HR KPIs to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

KeyResponsibilities:

AnalyseHRdataandgeneratereportstomonitorkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs).
DesignandmaintaindashboardsandreportingtoolsforHRmetrics.
SupportinternalandexternalHRaudits.
AssistintheimplementationandoptimisationofHRsystemsandtools.
GenerateextractandinterpretreportsfromvariousHRplatformstosupportbusinessneeds.

WhatWereLookingFor:

DegreeinManagementHumanResourcesorarelatedfield.
PreviousexperienceinHRand/orfinance.
StronganalyticalskillsandproficiencyinExcel(advancedlevel).
ExperiencewithHRmetricsreportinganddatavisualisation.
AbilitytogenerateandextractreportsfromHRISandothersystemslikeSAP.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
GoodcommandofEnglish.
Knowledgeoflabourlegislation(preferred).
