We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our project site. This role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently safely and within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations ensuring compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including contractors suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on milestones risks and issues.
- Manage site personnel including scheduling performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Implement and enforce site policies and procedures.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to site activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in site/project management preferably in industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local safety and labor regulations.
