These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
At PwCs Mexico Acceleration Center we are expanding our team of Workday professionals who bring expertise innovation and impact to clients across multiple industries. We support global projects by delivering end-to-end Workday consulting services from implementation to post-production support and continuous optimization.
We are looking for Workday Consultants with experience across different workstreams including HCM Finance Compensation Absence Time Tracking Payroll and Security. Whether you specialize in new implementations configuration and integrations or managed services wed love to get to know you.
What youll do
Participate in full-cycle Workday implementations from design to deployment.
Provide post-production support through configuration updates tenant optimization and enhancements.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions that align with clients business processes and compliance requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned modules or workstreams.
Stay current on new Workday features and release updates to advise clients proactively.

Preferred qualifications
2 years of experience as a Workday Consultant (implementation or managed services).
Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (HCM Finance Payroll Compensation Absence Time Tracking or Security).
Hands-on configuration experience within Workday tenant environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with client-focused communication.
Advanced English (both written and spoken).
Workday certification(s) are a strong plus.
