Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality development projects across the Caribbean with a focus on destinations such as the Bahamas St. Lucia Barbados and Jamaica.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in hotel construction and stakeholder management capable of driving end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality budget and schedule integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle project delivery from pre-construction through handover
- Manage general contractors consultants and vendors across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee budget control capital expenditure approvals and cost estimate reviews
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with international hospitality standards
- Facilitate client meetings reporting and stakeholder alignment across regions
- Support design optimization and value engineering initiatives
- Navigate complex regulatory environments and cross-border logistics
- Champion health safety and environmental protocols on-site
- Lead project close-out and operational transition to hotel operators
Qualifications :
Education/Experience:
- 15 years of relevant experience including hotel development in the Caribbean
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Degree in Architecture Engineering or Construction Management
- PMI or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Project Primavera P6 AutoCAD BIM
- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote delivery
- Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices is an advantage
