JOB SUMMARY
Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact on patient care As the Outpatient Lab Services Manager at Saint Francis Healthcare System you will play a vital role in ensuring our outpatient lab locations deliver exceptional service and accurate results every day.In this dynamic leadership position you will oversee a dedicated team of laboratory support staff champion quality and safety and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. Youll collaborate cosely with clinic and lab teams to maintain regulatory compliance optimize workflows and ensure our equipment and processes meet the highest standards.
Your work will directly support our mission to provide compassionate high-quality care-ensuring specimen integrity reliable testing and a safe efficient environment for both patients and staff

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field- required
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management- preferred
License/Certification:
- Certification by a recognized professional body (e.g. ASCP AMT or equivalent)- preferred
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a laboratory setting with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role- required
Strong knowledge of laboratory operations equipment operation safety standards laboratory information systems (LIS) and laboratory accreditation requirements (CLIA CAP etc.).
Experience managing budgets staffing and operational processes in a healthcare or clinical laboratory environment
