Job Summary
North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre/Beaulieu Healthcare Centre are excited to be offering a new opportunity as part of our ongoing expansion for 34.5 hours per week. This role will involve working across both of our Chelmsford sites: North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre and our soon to open branch surgery Beaulieu Healthcare Centre.
- Monday: 8:00am 6:30 pm
- Wednesday to Friday: 8:00am 2:00pm

We are seeking an applicant with excellent people skills to join our friendly team across our Chelmsford sites. If youre compassionate adaptable and thrive in a busy healthcare environment wed love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling patient queries via phone email in person
- Working in our triage team assisting the triage doctor
- Processing prescription requests
- Arranging home visits
- Managing card and cash payments from patients
- Managing waiting lists and follow-up appointments
- Supporting clinicians and other staff with day-to-day tasks
A comprehensive 3-week induction will be provided to support your onboarding and success in the role.
