KCR Solutions are exciting to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a dynamic and community-focused non-profit organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive you will oversee all financial activities ensuring robust systems compliance and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced individual with the ability to lead a small team. Key responsibilities include:
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Prepare annual budgets
- Monitor departmental budgets and provide financial guidance
- Manage day-to-day finance processes
- Maintain and develop accounting software and purchase order systems
- Administer company credit card programme and oversee bank relationships
- Lead cash flow forecasting and supplier payments
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and vendors
- Support funding applications and grant reporting
- Liaise with external payroll providers and oversee monthly payroll
- Support salary budgeting and staff cost analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end accounts
- Manage statutory filings (HMRC Companies House Charity Commission)
- Oversee VAT returns Gift Aid claims and tax reliefs
This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Finance Manager or a candidate ready to step up to the next level. Excellent Excel is important and knowledge of Xero is desirable.
