Compensation:

• On-Shift Time: 40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.
• Sleeps: Yes plaid at 50
• Take Home (basic plus min sleep): 31305 - 34259
• Additional Pay: 250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

Training:

Comprehensive 2-week fully paid & expensed training/induction hosted by a Regional Manager. This session gathers new staff from across the country fostering connections and kickstarting your journey with this excellent provider. The company offers extensive relevant training to support your role and career development backed by a friendly and supportive management team.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent or at least 60% course completion.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
• Age: At least 22 years old to comply with childrens homes regulations.
• License: Valid driving license.
