Lead the Way as an Administrative Manager at SGH
As an Administrative Manager at SGH in our Washington DC office you will play a pivotal role serving as a leader influencer and guide to our administrative professionals. You will report to the Director of Administrative Services as part of a team of Administrative addition to supervising the local administrative and editorial staff you will be a working member of the team contributing to the day-to-day tasks and efficiency of your local office.
You will be instrumental in ensuring consistent performance management and team recognition achieved through skill development knowledge sharing and ongoing team education. Proactive time management and effective communication will play a vital role in driving your success. Youll foster a culture of collaboration accountability and excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to client service and quality standards..
This is a full-time in-office role. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard mouse telephone or writing. The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidates experience qualifications and work location.
Base salary is a part of SGHs industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary pay for extra hours worked an annual discretionary bonus program generous paid time off and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGHs Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
