Job Summary
Seeking an experienced construction Project Manager for a growing team.
- Must have 5 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Must have experience working on healthcare projects ranging up to 20M in value
- Must be able to read drawings (structural electrical mechanical & plumbing) be familiar with take-offs prepare labor material equipment and subcontractor estimates.
- Effective interaction with contractors engineers architects and team members is essential.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required.
