SCOPE OF ROLE
Lead and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across assigned contracts ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and promoting a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements.
Maintain valid WSHO registration and oversee site WSHO appointments.
Conduct and track mandatory safety training (e.g. first aid annual safety refreshers).
Lead risk assessments safety audits and incident investigations.
Review and update SOPs emergency plans and safety documentation.
Liaise with contractors clients and authorities on safety matters.
Submit timely reports and maintain Health & Safety documentation.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL)
Working closely with the MSF SGE Sembawang Housing onsite team and appointed subcontractors to ensure sites are compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
MOM-registered WSHO.
5 years of relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or WSH.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and incident management.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Pro-active and responsible and must be a team player.
