Job Summary
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to support their hiring and talent growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization.
- Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals social media and networking channels.
- Conduct screening interviews assessments and candidate evaluations.
- Provide insights on recruitment best practices hiring trends and talent market conditions.
- Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements.
- Manage interview scheduling candidate communication follow-ups feedback coordination and reference checks.
- Track recruitment KPIs metrics and reports for management review.
- Oversee onboarding processes documentation and new hire orientation.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management Team
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven track record.
- Excellent communication skills interviewing and relationship building skills.
- People-oriented confident and a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
