We are hiring for an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer to join our Micron Backend Singapore team!

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Ensure Microns safety programs and procedures are effective efficient and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implements functional cost-effective solutions for safety issues
• Coordinates manages and conducts safety walks inspections and audits to ensure operations comply with Micron safety procedure and regulatory requirements
• Responds to emergencies and investigates incidents and recommends preventive/corrective action
• Collect analyze and communicate safety related metrics and performance measurements.
• Support ISO System by participating in internal audits to continuously improve our safety program and procedures.
• Identify develop and provide safety training in accordance with company goals and objectives
  

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors in occupational health and safety or related filed in Engineering
• Experience in EHS is preferred
• Safety and Health Certifications is preferred eg. Certified Safety Professional ISO auditor training and certification
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
• Ability to read and develop understanding and interpretation of safety regulations
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration
• At least 2 years of involvement in CCA preferably in leadership roles
• Keen in semiconductor engineering
