KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain) Incirlik Air Base Izmir Air Station and various facilities in Turkey. Roles and Responsibilities

Manage an operational segment of Engineering directing efforts towards achieving companys strategic goals.
Drive business development and marketing initiatives both internally and externally fostering growth and client engagement.
Monitor and facilitate the pursuit of opportunities ensuring efficient resource allocation and strategic prioritization.
Identify market trends and technological applications disseminating best practices across the organization.
Optimize operational outcomes by establishing clear goals and making informed decisions.
Contribute to strategy development from inception to execution ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications

US Citizenship Required
Active U.S. Secret Clearance
Bachelors degree in engineering or architecture from an ABET accredited college or university or approved equivalent.
8 years experience in design construction inspection and preparation of plans and specifications for major real property facilities.
4 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
3 years experience managing engineering activities.

Preferred Qualifications

DoD installation-level working experience.
Registered as a PE or RA.
