In this position you will lead the sales and business development strategy for our Measurement Solutions Lifecycle Services and Engineered Solutions portfolio in North America. You will drive growth strengthen customer relationships and champion innovation across key industries such as LNG petrochemical and sustainability. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will guide a talented diverse team and collaborate across global functions to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with key engineering and procurement companies (EPCs) Strategic Accounts and End Customers to achieve bold growth targets for a $75M portfolio.
Our Engineered Solutions portfolio includes custody transfer/fiscal metering systems analytical process gas systems continuous emissions monitoring systems liquid analysis systems and sustainability solutions. Lifecycle Services cover digital engagements annual recurring revenue contracts upgrades and As a Service business models

A bachelors degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
8 years of experience in sales leadership or business development with a focus on engineered solutions and lifecycle services.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The total target comp range (base target incentive bonus) for this position is $165000 - $240000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
