Job Summary

This is a remote position.

ePathUSA is seeking a results-driven Business Development Account Manager to drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and is open to candidates in multiple locations (Iowa Minnesota Missouri Illinois Texas Georgia or Florida).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Engage decision-makers including executives throughout the sales and buying process.
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through proactive outreach referrals partnerships and networking.
  • Build market presence through participation in networking groups trade associations and social media platforms.
  • Conduct pre-call planning and market research to understand client challenges and priorities.
  • Provide consultative account management including post-sale support and ongoing client engagement.
  • Travel daily within territory with occasional out-of-state travel for conferences and events.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing including IT staffing professional staffing and SOW engagements.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed new business development goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with all organizational levels including C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow a book of business through strategic sales execution.
  • Highly motivated resilient and results-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and clean driving record required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Required Skills:

5 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry (including knowledge around IT Staffing Professional Staffing & SOW). This role requires a highly motivated growth-minded and resilient individual who embodies integrity thrives on challenges and is committed to delivering exceptional results. A valid drivers license car insurance and a safe driving record and working vehicle are required. Proven experience meeting or exceeding weekly goals to bring in new accounts through innovative methods (*i.e. vivacious attitude competitive spirit and loves a challenge). The ability to build relationships by daily interfacing with all levels of an organization. This would include the C- Suite Vice Presidents Directors Managers and peer-level associates. The capability to build and grow a book of business based on sales ability and business acumen. Bachelors degree preferred
