Job Summary
Are you passionate about creating welcoming spaces where families thrive Join our YMCA team as a Family Engagement Leader and help bring our community together through impactful programming relationship-building and memorable family-focused experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide children with opportunities to develop early language and motor skills
- Build relationships with families children and the staff team
- Engage families by facilitating fun and engaging group activities such as games sports arts and crafts and STEM activities.
Requirements
- Passionate about working with kids and families
- Ability to organize/lead fun and engaging activities
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate preschool activities
- At least 1 year of experience working with children aged infant to age 8
