Team Leader (m/f/d) Service Desk

Tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the service desk team in the area of IT support and end device provision
- Ensuring IT operations in 1st and 2nd level support including ticket management via ITSM tools
- Service and deployment planning as well as responsibility for day-to-day business in operational support
- Administration and quality assurance of end devices (lifecycle security printer management CMDB)
- Coordination with other IT teams and external service providers as well as escalation management in the event of malfunctions
- Further development of IT service processes in accordance with ITIL including KPI monitoring SLA tracking and reporting
- Employee development recruiting and structured onboarding of new team members
- Participation in international IT projects (e.g. rollouts migrations)
Qualifications:
- Degree in (business or technical) computer science or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in IT services ideally with disciplinary or technical management responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT applications in particular Microsoft 365 SAP Citrix and BMC Remedy
- Experience in IT project management and in working with internal and external partners
- Strong communication skills organisational talent and role model function in everyday management
- Independent structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of flexibility
- Very good written and spoken English skills
