Whats the role
This is a full-time role based in Sydney where youll lead the design and delivery of governance and compliance processes that help us meet regulatory expectations and drive confident effective outcomes. Youll work across teams to simplify complex requirements support a culture of accountability and ensure our controls are not just in placebut working brilliantly. Its a role that blends technical expertise with practical application and collaboration is at its core.
What do I need
To thrive in this role youll bring:
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and how to apply them in real-world settings.
  • Experience designing and improving governance processes systems and tools.
  • Confidence in leading assurance and control activities across complex matters.
  • A collaborative approach to working with legal risk and business teams.
  • The ability to simplify technical concepts and build trust in how we operate.
