Inside Sales - P&C Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales - P&C Producer to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding agency that specializes in providing insurance solutions for personal lines and small commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales business development and client relationship management.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $35000 - $40000 during the first year of training.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle warm leads (100 leads per month from a new partner).
- Quote new and renewal business for personal lines and small commercial accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and handle policy renewals.
- Develop business leads and achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor new agents as needed.
- Implement strategies to expand the customer base.
- Oversee branch operations and staff performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: P&C license preferred but not required. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales business development or client relationship management preferred.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of insurance policies policy renewals and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EZLynx software is preferred.
