Job Summary

Our client a leading player in water treatment automation is seeking a Technical Sales Manager (EMEA) to drive growth across Western Europe. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who blends technical expertise in industrial water treatment & automation with strong commercial acumen.

As the EMEA Technical Sales Manager youll be at the forefront of helping industries meet their efficiency sustainability and compliance goals. You will build relationships develop tailored solutions and close deals with key accounts across the region.

What Youll Do

Lead business development and sales activities across Western Europe with a primary focus on France (UK and Barcelona are also priority markets).

Identify opportunities design tailored solutions and manage the full sales cycle in industrial water treatment automation.

Serve as a technical-commercial bridge translating customer needs into actionable solutions.

Build strong partnerships with clients ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver outstanding results.

What Were Looking For

Background: Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field with proven knowledge of industrial water treatment and automation systems.

Experience: Solid track record in technical sales business development or account management within industrial or water-related sectors.

Languages: Fluent in English (companys official language) at least one additional European language.

Location: Based in France (ideal) UK Barcelona or another Western EU country with the ability to travel across the region.

Mindset: Self-driven consultative and ambitious with a passion for helping clients solve complex challenges.
