GSR Group LLC proudly owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations delivering outstanding food and exceptional service to our guests. We are expanding our support team and looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join us in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resources required. Set clear project objectives and goals.
Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams assign tasks and ensure team members are motivated and aligned with project goals.
Scope and Budget Management: Monitor project scope and budget to ensure the project stays on track and any changes are communicated and approved.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to keep the project on track. Implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients stakeholders and senior management to report progress updates and any issues.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to. Adjust plans as needed.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy client requirements.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement and provide recommendations for future projects.

Qualifications:

Education:Degree in Business Management or related field. PMP Agile or similar certification is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Asana Trello Jira Microsoft Project)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
