Job Description:

Evaluate current business practices processes and operations to identify ways to improve productivity and service delivery while leveraging company resources to reduce costs.

Design and implement solutions that drive lasting successful business outcomes.

Create and conduct operations-related training.

Monitor project control system on projects.

Oversee project control team.
What You Bring:

5 years Project Controls or Construction Management experience
-
Project administration experience in the construction field
-
Experience in project controls with a focus on cost planning estimating cost management and scheduling
-
Effective communication and facilitation skills experience coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
-
Strong strategic decision-making skills (based on logical assumptions facts available resources constraints and organizational values)
-
Proven financial analytical skills (e.g. cost-benefit analysis ROI discovery)

Consultative problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
