Ello Technology a leading Managed Service Provider is looking for a qualified and experienced Half-Day Bookkeeper to join our Somerset West office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
- Support payroll preparation and submission
- Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist with general accounting and administrative functions
- Minimum Requirements:Formal qualification in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proven experience using Zoho Books (this is essential and non-negotiable)
- Minimum 23 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Must be based in or near Somerset West and able to work from the office every weekday morning
