Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain and update financial records including ledgers invoices and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (PAYE UIF VAT etc.).
- Support auditors during financial audits.
- Handle general administrative and bookkeeping duties as required.
