We are seeking a proactive Email Marketing & CRM Assistant to support digital marketing operations with a focus on email marketing CRM management and campaign coordination.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Email Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team to execute effective digital strategies that drive engagement lead generation and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning building and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive client engagement.
- Support CRM setup optimization and data management using platforms such as GoHighLevel HubSpot and Apollo.
- Maintain and update client contact databases ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing brand-aligned email templates and automation workflows.
- Conduct basic campaign performance analysis and provide reports on open rates click-throughs and conversions.
- Help coordinate marketing initiatives including social media campaigns and website content updates.
- Research new marketing tools trends and automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling asset organization and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant Email Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools especially GoHighLevel HubSpot and Apollo.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of email campaign metrics and digital marketing KPIs.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced data-driven marketing environment.
