- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by engaging and assisting customers.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products collections and styling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the store is always presentable well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock management replenishment and inventory control.
- Support the execution of promotions sales campaigns and in-store events.
- Mentor and guide junior sales associates to enhance their performance.
- Lead by example in professionalism customer service and teamwork.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Requirements
Cognate sales & Marketing experience in Luxury goods/items
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Visual merchandising experience is an added advantage
