Role Overview:

The SAP Technical Lead will oversee the technical architecture design and development activities across SAP modules. The candidate will collaborate with functional teams ensure technical solution quality and guide the development team in delivering scalable and efficient SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall SAP technical landscape design integration and performance optimization.

Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Coordinate with functional consultants architects and developers for end-to-end delivery.

Conduct code reviews enforce best practices and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.

Support migration upgrade and performance tuning initiatives.

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the offshore development team.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP ABAP BADI BAPI Smart Forms and Workflow.

Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 CDS Views and OData services.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.

Knowledge of integration technologies (PI/PO CPI IDocs).

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
