Graham is actively recruiting a Technical Scope Manager for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Director this role leads and integrates a team of subject matter experts while serving as the primary client-facing leader to ensure alignment and deliver seamless high-quality project outcomes.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

• Lead and Align Experts - Coordinate technical teams to deliver integrated high-quality project outcomes.
• Ensure Quality and Sustainability - Drive QA/QC and LEED compliance across all project phases.
• Manage Schedules Budgets and Changes - Oversee project controls and change management to mitigate risks.
• Engage Clients and Stakeholders - Act as the primary client-facing leader providing clear technical updates.
• Promote Safety and Improvement: Maintain safety standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 57 years in construction/design including 3 years as a Project or Construction Manager; experience with Design-Build or Alliance models is an asset.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office scheduling software BIM tools (Navisworks REVIT) and project management systems; LEED PMP or . certifications are preferred
  
  

Compensation

• Salary Range $130000 to $170000 per annum
• Salary will commensurate with education and experience
• 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year with credit for prior industry experience
