Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager( Delivery Lead) who can take ownership of delivery across multiple squads or project teams. This person will act as a point of coordination ensuring projects are well-planned priorities are clear and teams are set up for success.

They need to

Manage projects end-to-end in a project manager capacity from planning to execution and tracking.
Develop and maintain a 15-month delivery roadmap outlining assumptions dependencies and resource capacity.
Drive quarterly roadmap reviews to assess progress and adjust priorities.
Oversee squad capacity management and align resources based on backlog priorities and business urgency.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery alignment and clear accountability.
Lead sprint planning backlog management and user story refinement using Agile principles.
Manage delivery dependencies across squads ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
Use Jira for tracking progress reporting and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.

What were looking for:

Strong delivery management background with proven ability to manage complex multi-squad projects.
Practical experience with Agile methodologies and ideally SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Comfortable managing multiple priorities balancing short-term delivery with longer-term planning.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills someone who can drive alignment and momentum across teams.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
