- Proactively search for and identify new projects and clients including housing societies and other relevant channels to grow the customer base.
- Understand client requirements and present product solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality pricing and timely delivery.
- Offer hands-on product knowledge conduct demonstrations and provide pre-sales technical assistance to clients contractors and applicators.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; support and coordinate sales initiatives and project-specific solutions.
- Monitor outstanding payments follow up for collections and ensure timely recovery in coordination with the finance team.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Construction Management or related fields
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in construction chemicals or building materials
- Have a presentable and pleasant personality
- Sound IT Skills and strong grip on MS Office and understanding of Sales Force etc.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of construction industry dynamics project lifecycle and application techniques
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed
