- Manages and supports IAM/OE Technical Support Calls and ensure resolution of the issue in a timely manner
- Ability to research diagnos and troubleshoots and resolves the issues to the clients satisfaction
- Maintains detailed records of daily interactions with customers installation activities reported issues and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or stakeholder
Daily Operations
- Handles IAM OE ESItronic Calls & Emails
- ESItronic License Deployment
- ESItronic Remote Troubleshooting
- CDB Compliance (Real Time Documentation of Interactions)
- C4C Documentation (OE)
- XMS update deployment
- OE Remote Troubleshooting
- Bosch Warranty System Processing
- Bosch Motorsports Inbound Support
- Bosch Warranty System Quality Monitoring
- Bosch Warranty System Client Reporting
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Automotive and/or Information Technology
- 1 to 2 year technical support experience in automotive/ BPO industry
- Has basic to advanced understanding of OBD2
- Preferably with SAP experience
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office and generate reports if needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player able to sit well with the team and customers
- Keen attention to details
- Goal and result oriented
- Amenable to work onsite
