This is a remote position.
You will primarily support the brand manager of ComfyBumpy - one of our core brandsin daily operations across Amazon Shopify and other ecommerce platforms. Your focus will be on key day-to-day routines including account health checks product compliance listing management (including content management) and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day operations for ComfyBumpy across Amazon Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Perform daily account health checks and resolve operational issues (e.g. policy warnings stranded inventory suppressed listings) by coordinating internally and with platform support.
Monitor and support product compliance tasks including documentation requests safety/compliance submissions and maintaining organized records (e.g. certifications test reports and annual renewals).
Maintain and update product listings including using flat files/listing templates managing variations uploading updates and ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
Provide customer service support by replying to buyer messages reviews and cases; escalate recurring issues and help implement corrective actions.
Conduct monthly product return analysis and share insights and actions with the brand manager.
Stay up to date on Amazon policy and rule changes; flag risks and recommend needed actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver assets for listing optimization storefront content Shopify updates and other brand initiatives.
Requirements
1-3 years of eCommerce experience with preferably at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central).
An intermediate level knowledge of Excel is preferred
Ability to work well within a cross-cultural team environment and across different timezones
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsa high level of organization and A strong attention to detail
