This role is critical to ensuring system performance integration and customer satisfaction across large-scale infrastructure projects.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Technical Project Manager you will lead the technical delivery of integrated baggage handling systems ensuring alignment across engineering disciplines and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking full technical ownership of complex projects from design to delivery.
- Defining system architecture in line with customer requirements and global standards.
- Leading design reviews validation gates and system integration efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers (commercial) and Software Project Managers to ensure alignment across disciplines.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering teams (software mechanical electrical).
- Manage technical risks change requests and interface challenges.
- Supporting commercial teams with technical insights and documentation.
- Oversee on-site testing commissioning and customer handover activities.
Success in this role means delivering validated systems on time and within budget with minimal defects and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 610 years in engineering or system integration roles
- 4 years leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong international project delivery experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with conveyors automation or sorting systems is highly desirable.

- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical teams in complex project environments
