About the role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems software and hardware issues both remotely and face-to-face.
- Troubleshoot monitor and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network
- Deliver high-quality client service managing issues with integrity compassion and timely resolution
- Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network to resolve technical incidents
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster
About you
- Current Australian drivers license and reliable vehicle is MUST
- Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent IT qualification)
- Minimum 3 years experience in field engineering desktop support or IT technical roles
- Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices
- Good understanding and associated skills in networking.
- Must be able to commit to fulltime hours including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
