Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact existing clients to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions.

Manage a high volume of calls and emails across daily outreach activities.

Maintain an active sales pipeline (200 opportunities) and automated outreach campaigns.

Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Operations Team Leader.

Conduct self-prospecting and eCommerce research when needed.
-
Handle account administration data entry and CRM updates with precision.
-
Deliver consultative solution-based sales conversations.
-
Support clients with onboarding and integration processes.
-
Uphold compliance and quality standards at all times.
What You Bring
Professionally fluent German with strong English communication skills (C1).

Experience in call center sales or upselling in customer-facing roles.
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
-
Target-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership over results.

Confident outgoing communicatorboth verbal and written.
-
Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
-
Stable broadband connection and a productive home workspace.

Availability: Monday to Friday 10 AM 7 PM.
