As we expand nationally we are seeking a highly strategic and motivated Remote Program Director to lead company-wide initiatives and operational programs across all departments.
Position Overview
The Program Director will oversee strategic planning development and implementation of major company programs that improve operational efficiency elevate guest satisfaction and support business growth. This role requires a strong leader with excellent program management cross-functional coordination and business strategy experience in hospitality food service or multi-unit franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
Lead planning and execution of high-impact programs across Operations Marketing Training HR and Guest Experience.
Develop long-term strategic plans to support business expansion and operational consistency.
Establish and manage program roadmaps timelines budgets and KPIs.
Operational Excellence
Standardize company-wide operational procedures and best practices.
Oversee development and rollout of new restaurant training programs and SOPs.
Coordinate with regional and store managers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Executives Franchise Operations Finance and HR to align programs with business goals.
Manage multiple project teams and program coordinators across regions.
Act as the communication bridge between operations corporate support teams and executive leadership.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor program performance and deliver detailed progress reports.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal restaurant and labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Project Management or related field.
Must reside in the United States.
Must have valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizenship or Work Permit required).
7 years of program or operations management experience.
Experience in hospitality restaurant industry or franchise operations strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing multi-location or multi-department programs.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Expert in program tracking tools (Asana Trello or similar).
Knowledge of restaurant performance metrics and operational standards.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Masters Degree.
Experience in strategic planning for scaling business operations.
PMP or Program Management Certification.
Experience in large hospitality brands or national franchise groups.
