What Youll Do

  • Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a professional front-desk experience

  • Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence with efficiency and courtesy

  • Schedule meetings coordinate events and maintain organized records and logs

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation

  • Support day-to-day office operations including supplies and courier coordination

  • Assist with invoicing budgeting and expense tracking for accurate documentation

  • Help onboard new employees by preparing workspaces and providing guidance

  • Uphold company policies ensure confidentiality and maintain workplace standards

  • Provide administrative support to teams and departments when needed

What Were Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in front desk reception or similar administrative roles

  • Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic office equipment

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • A friendly communicator with strong interpersonal abilities

  • Reliable detail-oriented and committed to quality service

  • Experience in HR support or onboarding is an advantage
