What Youll Do

Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a professional front-desk experience

Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence with efficiency and courtesy

Schedule meetings coordinate events and maintain organized records and logs
-
Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation
-
Support day-to-day office operations including supplies and courier coordination
-
Assist with invoicing budgeting and expense tracking for accurate documentation
-
Help onboard new employees by preparing workspaces and providing guidance
-
Uphold company policies ensure confidentiality and maintain workplace standards
-
Provide administrative support to teams and departments when needed
What Were Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in front desk reception or similar administrative roles
-
Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English (spoken and written)
-
Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic office equipment
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-
A friendly communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
-
Reliable detail-oriented and committed to quality service
-
Experience in HR support or onboarding is an advantage
