What Youll Do

• Oversee the procurement distribution and maintenance of uniforms for Turkish-speaking on-screen talent
• Track inventory conduct regular audits and manage restocking to support show operations
• Coordinate fittings with presenters and shufflers to ensure proper sizing and style for all uniforms
• Work with laundry services and cleaning teams to keep uniforms clean camera-ready and in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate records of uniform assignments usage and replenishment needs
• Partner with HR and operations to manage uniform policies budgets and procurement processes
• Continuously improve uniform processes and system workflows to streamline efficiency

Who You Are

• Experienced in uniform management wardrobe coordination or inventory control
• Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable with strong logistical skills
• Excellent communicator able to build relationships with diverse team members
• Proactive problem-solving mindset ready to anticipate needs and act accordingly
• Comfortable supporting shift-based operations
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Turkish or Serbian is a strong plus
