Position: Front Desk Officer

We are looking for a proactive and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team in this role youll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. You will play a key part in managing front desk operations supporting administrative tasks and contributing to smooth daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

Manage incoming calls emails and general inquiries promptly and courteously.

Schedule meetings coordinate events and maintain accurate records and logs.

Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation.
-
Support day-to-day office operations including supply inventory and courier coordination.
-
Assist with basic invoicing budgeting and expense tracking for accounting purposes.

Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
-
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and providing initial guidance.

Provide administrative support to internal teams including scheduling and resource coordination.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk reception or customer service role.

Proficiency in Serbian and English (intermediate to advanced level).

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and basic office equipment handling.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional demeanor.

Proactive and solutions-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service.

Reliable punctual and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in HR administration or onboarding is an advantage.
