Job Summary

Are you a meticulous professional who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly Were looking for a Uniform Administrator to be part of our live casino production team in Belgrade Serbia where youll manage all aspects of wardrobe and uniform logistics in a fast-paced creative environment.

What Youll Do

Oversee the ordering distribution and upkeep of all staff uniforms and wardrobe pieces
Manage inventory levels: track stock conduct regular audits and coordinate replenishment
Liaise with costume designers presenters and production staff to ensure proper fit and style for on-screen talent
Coordinate laundry cleaning and maintenance of uniforms to keep everything camera-ready
Maintain detailed records of uniform assignments sizes and usage
Work closely with HR and operations to manage uniform policy budget and procurement
Implement improvements to uniform processes and storage to streamline efficiency

Who You Are

Experienced in uniform management wardrobe coordination or inventory control
Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable handling logistical tasks
Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills
Proactive and solutions-driven - ready to anticipate needs before they arise
Able to work flexibly in a shift-based production environment
Fluent in English; knowledge of Serbian is a plus
