Job Summary

Position: Customer Service French Speakers

Location : Braga Portugal

Job Description:

As a Customer Service French Speaker you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to French-speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries complaints and providing solutions to their problems.

Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Providing product and service information to customers

- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues

- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team

- Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals

Qualifications:

- Native or fluent French speaker

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
