Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or a related technical field is highly preferred.
5 years relevant experience in solar asset management performance engineering or O&M.
Knowledge of solar PV systems monitoring platforms (e.g. VCOM SCADA) and performance analysis tools (e.g. PVsyst NetSuite).
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues manage service cases and oversee reporting requirements.
Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising across suppliers subcontractors and clients.
Candidates must be Filipino citizens living in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Asset Engineers overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.
Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g. VCOM NetSuite) to identify issues defects and optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.
Manage service inquiries warranty claims and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.
Oversee creation of service orders bills of materials and accurate documentation in NetSuite.
Generate and present performance reports (monthly quarterly annual) to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with subcontractors clients and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with O&M contracts inspections and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).
