Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resource Management or Law
Minimum 5 years of HR experience including 2 years as HR Manager (preferably in fashion retail or apparel)
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law HRIS and KPI systems
Effective leadership and communication skills; able to manage cross-functional teams
